Terms of Service

By accessing or using expand.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by French law.

1. About the service

Expand Gaming (expand.gg) is an online platform operated by an individual auto-entrepreneur based in France, providing on-demand modded game server hosting. The service is currently in pre-launch phase — access is limited to waitlist members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Expand Gaming. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

During the pre-launch phase, signing up to the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a contractual commitment on either side. By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Expand Gaming related to the launch. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from planned maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Game content and mods

Expand Gaming provides access to third-party game mods. We do not own the intellectual property of the games or mods available on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of game content complies with the respective game publishers' terms of service and end-user licence agreements (EULAs).

9. Intellectual property

All original content on expand.gg — including the brand, design, interface, and copy — is the property of Expand Gaming and may not be reproduced without written permission. User-generated content (e.g. server configurations) remains your property.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Expand Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@expand.gg to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. As a consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
